How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing support@diaperguard.app. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to your account settings and click "Billing" or "Payment Method" to update your credit card information.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes! We use bank-level encryption and never store your full credit card details. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Contact us at support@diaperguard.app and we'll provide an export of your transaction data within 3 business days.
How do SMS alerts work?
When you approach your spending threshold, we'll send you a text message alert. You can enable/disable this and adjust your threshold in account settings. Standard message rates may apply.
What if I found a bug or have a feature request?
